As an administrator, you have the ability to archive a teacher from your organization. When archiving a teacher, any educator's TEACH seat is automatically deallocated and their classes and students are archived.


1.  Log into and select Educators. The Manage Teachers page appears. 




2.  Click ArchiveAdmins are not able to archive other admins. 




3. A dialog box appears and lists the ramifications of archiving a teacher. 




Click Cancel to return to the Manage Teachers page. Type "ARCHIVE" into the text field and click Continue And Archive Teacher to complete the teacher archival. The teacher is removed from your organization and from the Manage Teachers page.


To view the teachers that have been archived, click Archived




To view the grades and assignments for classes that have been archived, select Include Archives in your Gradebook




Classes that have been archived appear below the list of Active classes




Select a class. The assignments, grades, and students from the archived class appear. Because all students within an archived class are automatically archived, the student names appear in italics to indicate that they are inactive.
