Troubleshooting webcam issues in Chrome


On iPad

If Safari is not able to access your camera:

  1. Go to Settings  > Privacy & Security.

  2. Tap Camera.

  3. Locate Safari in the list and make sure that its access to the camera is enabled.


If this does not resolve the issue, or if Safari is not listed: 

  1. Go to Settings  > Safari > Camera.
  2. Choose Ask.

Reload the assignment in Safari and check if the issue is resolved.


Reviewing recorded takes for video assignments

Although video assignments can be submitted in Safari on iPad, reviewing submitted video assignments from the teacher and student gradebooks is currently only available on desktop. To review submitted video assignments, please log into your account on a desktop computer, using the Chrome browser.
