To reset the password for your SmartMusic account, select Forgot Password? on the Log In page.
The Reset Password page appears. Enter your email and select Reset.
If the email address you entered matches an email we have on file, a message appears in your email inbox with instructions to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, check your junk mail folder and make sure that *@makemusic.com and *@smartmusic.com are added to your email account's safe list.
Open the email and select RESET PASSWORD.
The Reset Password page appears. Enter your new password in both fields. Keep in mind that your password needs to be 8 characters and at least one upper case character, or one numeral, or one special character. Select Reset to confirm your new password.
You can now login to SmartMusic using your new password.
