To reset the password for your SmartMusic account, click Forgot Password? on the Log In page.




The Reset Password page appears. Type in your email and click on the Reset button.




If the email address you entered matches an email we have on file, you will receive a message shortly in your email inbox with instructions to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, check your junk mail folder and make sure that * and * are added to your email account's safe list.




Follow the instructions in the email to arrive at the Reset Password page again, this time with fields to enter your new password. Keep in mind that your password needs to be 8 characters and at least one upper case character, or one numeral, or one special character. Type in your new password and click Reset to confirm that as your new password.




You can now login to SmartMusic using your new password.
