If you try to open music and the Application Loading bar reaches 100%, but the Score Loading bar is stuck at 0%, your Google Chrome browser is not up-to-date.

 

 

To fix this issue, update your Chrome browser by following these instructions. If you are using a Chromebook, you can update by following these instructions instead.
