Having renewed your subscriptions, here are the items to check to make sure your platform is set up and ready to go:


Teacher Access


Make sure teachers have been allocated subscriptions via the Teachers page. If your subscriptions expired prior to renewing, all teachers are reverted to a free status, which prevents them from accessing paid content in the MakeMusic Cloud library. Take a look at the Full Access Teacher seats section of our Allocating and deallocating seats article for more details about this process. Note that administrators who are not teaching with MakeMusic Cloud do not need to be allocated teacher subscriptions.




Class Access


If the platform subscriptions expired prior to renewing, then the Class Type for active classes is automatically set to Free as well. From the Classes page, change the Class Type to Paid to ensure enrolled students have paid access. View the article Editing class access for more information.




You must have active Performer subscriptions in order to upgrade class type to Paid. Contact our Sales team to purchase Performer seats.


Print Access


If you have purchased Print Add-ons, you can allocate them to both teachers and students. Take a look at the Print seats section of the Allocating and deallocating seats article for details on this process.
