When entering a class code to enroll in a class, your students may receive the message "The class code you entered has expired. Check with your teacher to get a new class code." This message is due to the "Last date to join class" having past.
To resolve the issue and allow your students to enroll successfully, you can simply extend or delete the date from the class details page.
- Visit your class list and click the settings button for the given class.
- On the resulting page, click Class Details.
- Enter a new date, or click Clear under Last Date To Join Class. (This field can be left empty.)
- Click Update. to save the changes.
Once this is done, your students will be able to use the same class code to enroll in your class.
