However, if you are still encountering an error message when attempting to save changes to an imported MusicXML file, please click Submit a request above and include your original MusicXML file so we can continue to investigate.
We are aware of an issue impacting a limited number of users that is preventing them from saving changes in Compose to files originally imported as MusicXML files. Again, we have only seen this in a limited number of cases. It is not a universal issue for all imported MusicXML files.

Refreshing the app or closing the browser tab will lose the unsaved changes, so if possible, please keep your browser tab open.
As a precautionary measure, you are encouraged to capture screenshots of the unsaved work to preserve a visual record.
