Users with paid access through a subscription or trial can add titles from our paid repertoire library to their Favorites or Playlist. However, when access ends, the pieces become unavailable, but still appear on your Favorites or Playlist.

 

 

This message occurs when attempting to open a paid title through the Favorites, Playlist, or Recently Opened section of an account where subscription or trial access has lapsed.

 

In the event your SmartMusic access has lapsed and your Favorites or Playlists are unavailable, please have your platform owner request a quote at https://quotes.smartmusic.com/.
