Which LMSs are you compatible with?

We currently support SSO with Google Classroom, Schoology, and Canvas!

 

What if my LMS is not available for Single Sign-On with MakeMusic Cloud?

We want to hear from you so we can plan and prioritize our next features! Please fill out this form to let us know what LMS you are using.

 

What about assignment/gradebook integration?

We are adding features in phases. We started with SSO. Next, we released rostering. The assignment/gradebook integration is planned for the future, but it won’t be ready for this school year.

 

Can a user log in with both their MakeMusic Cloud credentials AND use SSO (in conjunction with their supported LMS)?

Yes. A user can continue to log in with their existing MakeMusic Cloud username and password or use SSO interchangeably.

 

Can a user log into MakeMusic Cloud through an LMS on a smartphone?

No, currently MakeMusic Cloud is not compatible on smartphones. For more information on supported devices, please see our System Requirements.

 

Why am I seeing the “You already have an account with another SSO provider” message when trying to log into MakeMusic Cloud?

This means you may have already created an account login with either Google Classroom, Schoology, or Canvas and now you are trying to use an additional provider. If you’d like to switch which service you use for SSO, please contact support. We can disconnect you from the original service.

 

What should I do if last year my school tried the GG4L third-party integration (School Passport single sign-on)?

You can still use GG4L this school year. We strongly recommend you to move to our in-house solution where we will be able to provide further integrations beyond single sign-on. For more information, please submit a support request.
