I'd like for my students to be able to preview and practice some of our 2017-2018 music and also practice our 2017 marching band music through SmartMusic. However, the grading calendar runs out next week and I can't assign anything past that date. Is there a way around this, or is there a better solution to allow students to keep utilizing SmartMusic through the summer?

  I'm not sure if this will work but...Go into gradebook, select the class, click on "details" then click on "grading calendar"  change the last marking period date to the end of the summer. That should allow you to assign things till the start of the next school year.

  Thanks for the idea, Mark. In fact, I just created a new grading period that I called "Summer 2017" and set up dates that last through the break. Thanks! It seems like the calendar interface improved since the last time I used it.
