I have been trying to open up smartmusic on my classroom smartboard but keep receiving an error message

THE NEW SMARTMUSIC DOES NOT YET WORK ONSMALL SCREENS. IF YOU'RE ON A TABLET, PLEASE USE LANDSCAPE MODE

I am on a desktop connected to the smartboard. Browser is Google Chrome version 52.0.2785.143m .  My tech department does not know what else to try. It works on other smartboards in the district.

    Hi Desiree,

    You are receiving this message because the resolution of your screen is too small for the new SmartMusic. Please make sure your browser is not zoomed in, and your browser window is maximized.  To check the zoom level, click on the three dots (or lines) at the top right of the browser.  Zoom should be set to 100%.
