When trying to update a profile's information, such as address, phone number, or email, it appears that changes do NOT save after clicking the "update" button.

This will be helpful if students need to change/delete anything on their profile, particularly the non-required information.

    Hi Alex,

    I'm not seeing this issue on my end.  Since we're getting different results, please clear your Chrome browser's cache by following these instructions.  After the cache is cleared, restart your Chrome browser and try again.  If it still occurs, please let me know!

    Hi, I would like to change my phone number as I have changed countries, cannot see it anywhere in my profile. Pls advise.

    My tech person has sent in the PO in order to renew our school subscription and it has been over a month since I have had not access to my library.  I assigned a song to my band students before our subscription ran out thinking the renewal process would be easy and here we sit still waiting to use smartmusic.  What is taking so long?  Have we not done something correctly on our end?  How can I resolve this issue?
