• Listen to titles with swing applied. It is now possible to apply swing to any title in SmartMusic. There are four different options, or percentages, for how swing can be applied: Light Swing (75%), Standard Swing (100%), Heavy Swing (125%), or Dotted Swing (150%). Once a percentage has been selected it will be applied to the My Part track. This will allow students and educators to listen to My Part played with swing.

• Assess students accuracy while they swing! Once a type of swing has been chosen for playback, students will also need to perform that level of swing to receive a correct assessment score. They will see yellow noteheads indicating if they are early or late. Check out Assessing Swing for more information.
