I'm currently playing Wings by Vince Gassi from Alfred and I've detected a rhythm error in the french horn part.  Who can I notify to see if it can be fixed?

    Hey Michael,

Our team actually caught this error too (assuming you're talking about the missing beat in measure 4) and we've written it up to be fixed by our Repertoire Development team.

In the future, if you find content errors the best thing to do is contact our Customer Support team. We try to stay on top of these forums but working with customer support allows us a chance to verify the error and report it internally. That way, we can get the right people to work on the problem faster.

You should be able to submit requests through our support portal here: https://smartmusic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Please note that in order to best prepare our team, it is extremely helpful to get specific information about the piece. The title and composer are hugely helpful, but we'd love to know the part and measure as well. If you find a problem in a method book, we also appreciate seeing the exercise name/number that you're working on. All of this information may take a few extra minutes to gather, but it helps our support team to find the error quickly and report it to the Repertoire team for faster fixes.

Thank you for posting this though, and please let me know if there's anything I can clarify.

    Hello again, Michael,

I've been working on some content fixes today, and I'm pleased to report that Wings should now be working as intended. Please let me know if you see any future issues - you can of course keep posting here, but as I mentioned in my last message, the best thing to do going forward is to get in touch with our support team.

Thanks again and have a great week!

Thank you Peter.  It's great to see that your team is on the case and it's great to know that there is an avenue to report any errors.  I started to worry that for any errors you would need to report them to individual publishers which I thought could get time consuming.  Cheers!
