When I try to open an assignment, the score percent stays at 0% and just sits there with message "loading."  I cannot do any of my assignments.  Please help

    Hi Matthew,

    This issue can occur if your Chrome browser is not up-to-date. To fix this issue, update your Chrome browser by following these instructions. If you are using a Chromebook, you can update by following these instructions instead.

    Hi Zack,

     

    I checked my Chrome browser.  It is up to date.  The error still occurs.  Any other suggestions that might help to fix this?

    i have an assignment due tomorrow, and everyone else in my class has finished theirs the only problem not letting me complete the assignment is my assignments are no where to be found i looked in the class tab and on pending assignments

    Hi Acn2903. It looks like you don't currently have anything assigned to you in SmartMusic. I'd recommend checking in with your teacher for more information.
