I've just realized an excellent feature in the new SM.  When you click on a student's assignment from your grade book you'll notice a drop down box under the description of the assignment.  This is where you will find all of the student's submissions (including the date, their score, the screenshot, and recording).  

I pleaded for a long time to get something like this in SM Classic and was only able to get them to make sure my written comments were retained from take to take.  Having all this data saved will be fantastic when parent - teacher conferences come around again.

Now, if the assessment piece and recorded audio can just improve.
