Hello,
I have a student who signed up with the wrong email, added an extra "S" when typing her email. So we signed up again using the correct email. Now she can not log in. It tells her that her password is incorrect. But when we click on the forget password it won't send her an email. Is there a way to reset her password on your end or mine as the administrator?
I tried removing both of her accounts but when she signs back in it just activates the old account again.
Please advise me to how to get her account access.
