I'm a high school orchestra teacher, currently teaching online like many of you.  

I responded to SmartMusic's kind offer to set me and my students up with free access during this quarantine.  That was March 22--I got a confirmation email saying they'd be in touch shortly to get me set up.  

It's been over 2 weeks, and I haven't heard anything. 

Is this a normal amount of time, given how busy they are right now, or should I be looking into this?? I'm really excited to get to work using Smart Music, but I'm stuck!

    Hi Meredith. It looks like an invitation to get started was sent out to you on 3/23. If you didn't see it in your inbox, I'd recommend checking your spam folder to see if it was directed there. All you should need to do is click the link in the email to get started. 

     

    If still aren't seeing the email, I'd recommend contacting support by clicking the link at the top right of the page to get everything sorted out.

    I've searched every folder, and that invitation email never made it to me. 

     

    What link can I click to contact support? I haven't found it yet.
