A couple of my students used their school email address to sign on to Smartmusic. Elementary students in my district cannot access their email accounts. Therefore they cannot confirm their email address. Any suggestions?
You can manual approve them by going into the admin.smartmusic.com site, click the classes tab, then the gear icon next to the class.
