Trying to open new music (just started account), and nothing will open. It is frozen like this:

I uninstalled chrome and re-installed. I clear the cache and cookies. I disabled my pop up blocker. Not sure what to do!

Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you fix it?

    I am also having this issue.  It was working fine a few hours ago and then stopped loading anything.  It's really hindering my ability to get work done right now!!

    Hi folks. We did see an issue with opening music over night, which should now be resolved. If you were running into this issue earlier than late yesterday, 5/14, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support department so they can take a closer look at your specific situation.

    This issue seems to have been resolved [at least for me] around 12pm EST May 15th.

    Had a response from the help desk: Hi Meghan,

    Thanks for reaching out to MakeMusic. We had a temporary issue with content loading in the library. However, I just received confirmation from our Development team that the fix has been implemented.

    Checked and is now all working fine.

    Have updated Chrome on new HP Elitebook, cleared cache - all bars load to 100% and then freeze. Have been trying for 4 days. So frustrated.
