Hello, 

I am trying to activate my subscription for smart music for my school. On my quote, it says "subscription activated" by I have not gotten an email for activation. Am I missing something? My other teacher didn't get anything and I didn't either, I also added the email addresses as contacts so it wouldn't go to spam. 

What should I do?

    Glad I'm not the only one! We're all waiting on access and nobody has responded to support requests.

    I cannot figure out how to activate my paid subscription. It still says "trial."

    Having the same problem....I am the administrator on the account as well, and still nothing!!!!!

    Has anybody had any movement on this--or even heard back from their support team? We paid a significant amount of money for our school and students to have access and to not even be able to communicate with them is making me seriously question our decision.

    We are having the same issue.  I can check our mail server logs, and only some activation emails come through, and for other users it never does.  I opened a support ticket over two weeks ago also for this, and still no response.

    I'm having the same issue. Any word yet on when it will be resolved? This is frustrating.

    I am having this same issue. My subscription was supposed to be active on October 1st. 

    This is the 6th week of school and I'm still not able to use the subscriptions my middle school paid for!

    My students have been having this problem. It is possible that if you are using a district email address, the district has set it up so that students cannot receive emails from non-district addresses.
