Have been using Smartmusic for 6 months now & find I cant complete the last step of setting assignments as I get the above error message. There is no explanation of error or possible remedies suggested, just the message

Yes, I've searched the support articles & created a ticket, but thought I would post here in case anyone has a solution?

Im on a macbook pro [early 2015] running Catalina

    It seems that if a student has an account with a license paid for by a school district, a private teacher that purchased the program outside of the school cannot assign music to that student. Even if the music is listed on Smartmusic as free? Is this correct?

    Unfortunately I still can't assign parts. The procedure keep crashing while saving.

    What am I doing wrong? :(

    I'm getting this error message. too. There is no option to change from FREE to STANDARD.  I bought a subscription as a private teacher and am not affiliated with a school program. Please help SOON before I lose my students.
