I'm creating a drum set exercise, and each line has a measure with a quarter note followed by a quarter rest and half rest. No matter what spacing options I try to set up and use (including all JW Note Spacing options), the stupid measure is disproportionally big compared to the measure with 8 eighth notes and the one with a whole rest. I'd really like that measure to be about half as big as the one before it, and only slightly longer than the one after it. Thanks for your ideas!
