We're always excited to hear your feedback and ideas for new features in SmartMusic! To submit any feedback, you can click Submit a Request at the top right of the Help Center. On the resulting page, add your comments and choose Feature Request/Product Feedback in the Category menu. This will ensure that your comments will be sent directly to SmartMusic product management.
Please keep in mind that although we do read every submission, due to the amount of feedback received we are not able to reply to submitted feedback or feature requests. If you do require any support with with SmartMusic, please choose the applicable option from the Category menu on the ticket submission form.
