Classes not Appearing on Home Page (Students)

If you find that when you access MakeMusic Cloud, your Classes do not appear on your Home Page, here's what you can try:

Make sure you're enrolled in your class

1. In the menu on the left, click on Classes which should be towards the bottom. The menu could look like either image below:

2. If the class you're looking for appears on the Classes page, then that means you are enrolled in the class, so proceed to the next section. If not, then follow the guide below to join your class:
   • Joining a Class With an Existing Account

If you are enrolled in the class, but it doesn't appear on your Home Page

1. Go to your Home Page. 
2. At the top, are there two tabs, Teach and Learn? They would look like the image below:
3. If Teach is highlighted above, click Learn. You should now see your classes. 

If you were able to reveal your classes by switching to the Learn tab, you'll want to do these two things:

1. If you access MakeMusic Cloud through a bookmark, edit that bookmark (or make a new one) that bookmark links to this URL specifically:
   • https://home.makemusic.com/learn
2. Click the link below to contact the Support Team, letting them know that you followed the steps in this article and that you need your Teacher Role removed.
