I'm a high school orchestra teacher, currently teaching online like many of you.
I responded to SmartMusic's kind offer to set me and my students up with free access during this quarantine. That was March 22--I got a confirmation email saying they'd be in touch shortly to get me set up.
It's been over 2 weeks, and I haven't heard anything.
Is this a normal amount of time, given how busy they are right now, or should I be looking into this?? I'm really excited to get to work using Smart Music, but I'm stuck!
